Intervenciones Basadas en Fortalezas del Carácter y Bienestar Adolescente: Revisión Sistemática 2020-2026

Justificación: Las intervenciones basadas en fortalezas del carácter representan una estrategia potencial para promover el bienestar durante la adolescencia y fortalecer recursos psicológicos aplicables en contextos educativos y preventivos. Objetivo: Sintetizar la evidencia publicada entre 2020 y 2026 sobre los efectos de estas intervenciones en el bienestar y en resultados psicosociales asociados en adolescentes de 10 a 19 años. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión sistemática guiada por PRISMA 2020, con búsquedas en Scopus, PubMed, Taylor & Francis Online y Dialnet. De 1.425 registros identificados, se incluyeron 12 artículos correspondientes a 11 estudios o proyectos independientes. La calidad metodológica se examinó mediante MMAT 2018 y los hallazgos se integraron mediante síntesis narrativa. Resultados: Las intervenciones mostraron resultados favorables en felicidad, satisfacción vital, afecto positivo, resiliencia, autoeficacia y funcionamiento socioemocional. Algunos estudios también registraron reducciones de ansiedad, depresión y desesperanza, aunque los efectos no fueron uniformes ni persistieron siempre durante el seguimiento. La heterogeneidad metodológica impidió realizar un metaanálisis. Conclusión: Las fortalezas del carácter constituyen recursos entrenables con utilidad potencial para promover el bienestar adolescente, especialmente cuando su práctica es guiada, sostenida y culturalmente pertinente.
