Gamificación Educativa: Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas de los Docentes de la Unidad Educativa Tarqui

Resumen

Justificación: A pesar del creciente interés por la gamificación como una metodología innovadora en los procesos de enseñanza, aún existe limitada evidencia sobre qué saben, qué creen y qué hacen los docentes acerca de esta metodología. Objetivo: Analizar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de gamificación educativa en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Tarqui. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, comparativo-correlacional, y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Participaron 35 docentes quienes respondieron a una encuesta de Conocimientos, Actitudes y Prácticas (CAP). Resultados: Los docentes presentaron un nivel alto de conocimientos sobre gamificación educativa (62,9%), aunque con dificultades en el diseño y en la función de sus elementos. Predominó una actitud moderadamente favorable (57,1%), reflejada en el reconocimiento de su utilidad y la disposición para utilizarla, aunque también se percibieron dificultades para su ejecución. En las prácticas, la frecuencia de aplicación fue media (45,7%), con mayor énfasis en la implementación, seguimiento y retroalimentación que en la planificación y el diseño. Los docentes con capacitación mostraron mayores prácticas de gamificación que aquellos sin capacitación (p = 0,007). Además, se identificaron asociaciones positivas entre los CAP (ρ = 0,387–0,452; p < 0,05). Conclusión: Integrar la gamificación en el aula depende del desarrollo de los conocimientos, actitudes y experiencias de aplicación; proceso en el que la capacitación contribuye a fortalecer la transferencia hacia la práctica.
